TB-project is an entertainment production team connecting Japan with the world.

Our representative was born in Hong Kong and moved to Japan, inspired by his passion for Japanese cinema. He studied filmmaking at a film school in Japan and began working on Japan-Hong Kong co-productions while still a student.

​

He later worked for a Japanese talent agency and television company before becoming freelance, gaining experience not only in film and video production but also in the production and coordination of domestic and international events. He has worked on more than 50 Japanese film and television productions alone, building a broad network of Japanese crew members and cast while developing a deep understanding of how production work is carried out in Japan and of the professional practices and working culture of Japanese production environments.

He obtained Japanese citizenship in 1997 and established TB-project as a Japanese corporation in 2016. Since then, the company has served as a reliable production partner not only for Hong Kong, but also for clients and collaborators from other countries, handling film, drama, commercial and event projects.

TB-project's strength lies not simply in being able to work across multiple languages.

Because we understand the realities of film, music and event production, we know what needs to be confirmed, what needs to be prepared, and how each project should move forward between Japan and overseas partners.

We understand the differences in working styles and ways of thinking between Japanese and international teams, and we specialize in bridging those differences to create an environment in which both sides can focus on the production itself with confidence.
